1. Purpose
Many organizations using Citrix or VMware (now Omnissa) VDI products are uncertain about the future, pricing, and support of these products. The focus of these companies has shifted from developing economies to developed economies. However, organizations are not yet fully prepared to switch to an alternative VDI solution like Accops VDI due to the remaining value in these competitive VDI products. Other concerns, like whether Accops VDI will fulfill all functionalities used by customers, further put pressure on organizations to make a migration decision.
Accops is offering a risk-free, no-commitment offer to allow organizations to switch to Accops VDI without double payments and with the "try, migrate, and then pay" option.
2. Offer:
Eligible organizations will receive free licenses according to the following plan:
50 User Licenses during the Proof-of-Concept (POC) phase.
A time-bound subscription license with license count equal to the number of licenses for the competitive VDI product currently in use within the organization, targeted for migration, up to a maximum of 200 licenses.
3. Offer Validity:
This offer is valid for 78 days, from August 15th, 2024, to October 31st, 2024.
In celebration of India's 78th Independence Day, the offer is limited to the first 78 eligible organizations.
4. Eligibility:
The organization must be a new prospect and account for Accops. Existing customers and prospects already engaged in advanced purchase discussions are not eligible.
The organization must currently use a competitive VDI product with an active maintenance contract. Eligible VDI products include Citrix, VMware, and Microsoft AVD. The organization must provide details of their active maintenance contract, including the user count and renewal date (excluding price information).
5. Free License Allocation:
During the POC, 50 licenses will be provided to conduct the Proof of Concept.
The POC must be completed within 30 days.
After the POC, the organization must release a purchase order to Accops for all the licenses to be migrated from the competitive VDI solution to Accops.
The free licenses provided will be valid until the renewal date of the competitive products (referred to as the "Shadow-phase").
During the Shadow-phase, the licenses will be issued as production subscription licenses.
After the Shadow-phase, the organization can either extend the subscription or convert it to a perpetual license and purchase enterprise support accordingly.
6. Support Services:
Accops will provide standard support services, which include:
8x5 support during standard Indian weekdays, excluding national holidays.
Support channels will include a helpdesk portal, chat, and web conferencing.
Payment for the licenses and Enterprise support can be made at any time during the Shadow-phase.
7. Implementation and Deployment:
Free implementation services are included for eligible organizations under this offer.
Deployment options include cloud or on-premises, based on the organization’s preference.
8. How to Avail the Offer:
Interested organizations must contact an Accops representative or channel partner to take advantage of this offer.

9. Payment Terms:

The organization must make payment for the licenses by the earliest of the following dates:
a) On or before the renewal date of the competitive VDI product.
b) When the organization is ready to order Accops Enterprise support.

d) No later than February 28th, 2025.
10. No Commitment:
There is no obligation on the organization to renew the licenses after the free usage period ends.
11. General Conditions:
This offer cannot be combined with any other promotion or discount.
Accops reserves the right to modify or withdraw the offer at any time without prior notice.
