Many organisations using foreign-origin Digital Workspace platforms — including VDI, Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA), and Identity & Access Management (IAM) — are facing uncertainty over future pricing, support, and long-term viability. In several cases, providers have shifted focus away from developing markets, leaving organisations exposed to rising costs, slower cross-border support, and potential feature roadmap misalignment.

Geopolitical tensions, tariffs, export controls, and supply chain disruptions are accelerating the move towards building resilient, locally compliant digital infrastructure. However, switching to trusted, local alternatives like Accops often gets delayed due to residual contract value, concerns about feature parity, and migration complexity.

This Independence Day, Accops is offering a risk-free, no-commitment migration programme so organisations can transition their Digital Workspace — across VDI, ZTNA, and IAM — without paying twice for licences and can fully evaluate Accops before making a long-term commitment.

2. Offer
Eligible organisations will receive:

• Free subscription licences equal to the number of production licences currently in use on their existing platform (up to 200 licences) — valid until 28 February 2026. Extending the licences to a higher count is possible based on mutual discussions.
• Free migration services, covering deployment, configuration, and user onboarding to Accops solutions.

3. Offer Validity

• Sign-up period: 15 August 2025 to 31 October 2025
• Free licence usage period: Until 28 February 2026

4. Products Available Under the Offer

• VDI: Accops Digital Workspace Bronze/Silver/Gold edition
• ZTNA: Accops HySecure Bronze/Silver/Gold edition
• IAM: Accops HyID Bronze/Silver/Gold edition

5. Eligibility

• The organisation must be a new prospect for Accops (existing customers or those in advanced commercial discussions are excluded).
• Must have an active subscription or maintenance contract for foreign-origin products — including VDI, ZTNA, or IAM — and provide documentation of user count and contract validity.

6. Free Licence Allocation & POC

• Accops will assess the customer’s current setup and provide a quote for the required product. The customer can review the costing of Accops products and then decide to proceed with a production deployment.
• The customer can use the Accops products in production. Additional licence count increases are possible based on mutual discussion.
• By February 2026, the customer should decide to purchase and release a purchase order to Accops and make the payment before 31 March 2026.

7. Support Services

• Standard 8x5 business-day support via helpdesk portal, chat, and remote session.
• Additional premium support options available upon request.

8. Implementation & Migration

• Migration, deployment, and onboarding services are provided free of charge under this offer.
• Available for both cloud-hosted and on-premises setups.

9. How to Avail the Offer

10. No Commitment

• Organisations are under no obligation to continue after the free usage period.
